City of Henderson Arroyo Grande Sports Office Addition

IZ design studio has been selected to provide architectural planning and design for a 2,000 square foot addition to the existing Sports Office Building. The addition will house a new public lobby/reception counter, accessible single-use gender neutral restroom, public/staff shared conference room, staff break room, and staff office space.

As a one of Money Magazine’s Top 50 Best Cities To Live In, the City of Henderson prides itself on providing a robust offering of amenities to its’ residents. The existing building houses staff overseeing the City’s Parks and Recreation Sports division who support a wide range of youth and adult sports. Henderson’s sporting programs include basketball, soccer, volleyball, softball, flag football and pickleball.

The Arroyo Grande Sports Office Addition will include comprehensive planning, design, documentation, consultant coordination and project management services. IZ design studio will also provide bidding support and contract administration during the Construction Phase.
