Campus Expansion Hub
In 2018, the Winchester Campus in northeast Las Vegas underwent a 4,618 sq ft expansion by IZ design studio, catering to increased demand with new spaces for dance, theater, music, and art.
The Winchester campus serves as a community and cultural hub for northeast Las Vegas. This 4,618 square foot expansion, completed in 2018, accommodates the high demand for programs and activities with the addition of a new dance room, theater practice classroom, music room and art studio. IZ design studio provided full architectural services from programming through construction administration. The Cultural Center Expansion is the first of three projects that IZ design studio completed at the Winchester Campus.
