Originally established in California, Top Round brings its slow-roasted, freshly sliced roast beef sandwiches, crispy curly fries, and mouth-watering fried chicken to Las Vegas. Located in The Park, an outdoor dining and entertainment district anchored by the T-Mobile Arena, Top Round combines high-quality ingredients with a laid-back atmosphere.

As the architect and interior designer, IZ design studio crafted a modern yet nostalgic space reflecting the brand’s fun, retro-inspired vibe. The design features an orange polka dot motif behind the counter, mid-century style seating, exposed brick walls, and sleek industrial finishes, including metal ductwork and stainless steel. Brightly lit menu boards display Top Round’s array of sandwiches, salads, and shakes, making it easy for guests to explore the menu. The spacious dining area, complete with TV screens, offers a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal.
