Sushisamba

An internationally beloved restaurant, Sushisamba is renowned for its unique fusion of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisine. Located inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Palazzo Resort and Casino, the redesigned space now features an immersive environment with dynamic visual effects and the addition of the Tree Bar.

In collaboration with ICRAVE, IZ design studio implemented a captivating concept, featuring vividly colored elements, a multi-dimensional ceiling, and art projections that reflect the restaurant’s rich cultural inspiration. The remodel expanded offerings to include more versatile event spaces, such as the SAMBA Room and private dining areas, making it a sought-after venue for gatherings. The new Tree Bar, inspired by the London location, creates a hidden oasis where guests can enjoy cocktails and sushi in an inviting atmosphere.
