For over 8 years, IZ Design Studio has partnered with Landry’s to modernize the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in downtown Las Vegas. Their latest project involves creating a 4,400 sq ft guest amenities space, featuring a new food court, dining area with Starbucks, and a relocated Essentials Store, enhancing the overall experience.
IZ design studio has been working with Landry’s for over 8 years to modernize the iconic Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in downtown Las Vegas. For this project, the team was tasked with architectural and interior design to create a 4,400 square foot guest amenities space including a new food court and dining area anchored by Starbucks, as well as a new Essentials Store. Programmatically, the existing sundries shop was relocated to allow for multiple food service venues and a new 64 person seating area directly below the Carson Tower.
