Linq Upgrade
IZ design studio and PWI Construction collaborated on a Caesars Linq tenant improvement, enhancing accessibility and aesthetics through ADA upgrades, new facilities, and a redesigned storefront.
IZ design studio worked with PWI construction in a design-build capacity to deliver the 14,272 square foot tenant improvement in the Caesars Linq project. This was the second project IZ design studio completed at the Linq after completing the Koto store months earlier. The Kitson project included ADA review and upgrades, and the addition of restrooms, escalators, elevators, and stairs within the space. IZ design studio also upgraded the exterior appearance of the project by adding a newly designed storefront system more conducive for a retail store.
