IZ design studio collaborated with Goodwill of Southern Nevada to design this vocational training center, which provides both theoretical education and practical, hands-on skills for aspiring professionals.
Aligned with Goodwill’s mission to create opportunity and enhance community welfare, the Career Training Center delivers accessible, high-quality training to meet the region’s growing demand for healthcare workers. The curriculum emphasizes patient care, academic and technical skills, while providing job placement assistance and career advancement support to individuals who may lack access to such resources.
IZ design studio’s team tailored the programming, planning, and design to the curriculum which equip students for entry-level roles, such as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Medical Assistants. The center includes modern classrooms, clinical labs, and simulated care environments that replicate real-world settings to give students essential hands-on experience.
