Cocolini, a vibrant gelato bar with locations in Las Vegas and Hawaii, embodies playful Italian-inspired design by IZ design studio, offering premium gelato, Illy coffee, and diverse treats across multiple venues.
Cocolini is a playful, fun-centric gelato bar and café with locations in Las Vegas and Hawaii. Offering a wide selection of premium gelato and Italy’s famed Illy coffee, some Cocolini locations include specialty pastries and desserts, and alcoholic beverages. IZ design studio worked with the client to develop a design concept and brand standards that are both exuberant and distinctly Italian-inspired. The IZ team has provided architecture and design services for six Cocolini gelato bars including the Venetian Grand Canal Shoppes, Mandalay Place, Excalibur, and two Miracle Mile locations on the Las Vegas Strip.
