IZ design studio, a boutique Las Vegas architectural firm, is seeking a talented Project Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience. We specialize in impactful public work and high-design hospitality projects. This is a key role for a motivated professional to join our close-knit team, offering direct mentorship from firm principals and a clear path for professional growth. The Project Coordinator will be a technical leader, responsible for managing and producing comprehensive construction documents in Revit.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Take a lead role in developing, managing, and producing construction documents in Revit, from schematic design through construction administration.
- Collaborate directly with firm principals to execute project goals and technical details.
- Manage and coordinate consultant models, maintaining the health and integrity of the project’s central model.
- Perform and review code and zoning analyses under the supervision of a principal architect.
- Assist in preparing documents for design reviews, permitting, and other agency reviews.
- Conduct material and product research and participate in vendor meetings.
- Take initiative to complete work thoroughly and independently, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- 3-5 years of post-graduation, professional experience in an architecture firm.
- Demonstrated mastery of Revit in a daily, professional environment. This must include a deep understanding of Revit work-sharing (Central Models, Worksets) and linking consultant files.
- Proven experience taking projects from Design Development (DD) through to a full set of Construction Documents (CDs).
- Currently on the path to licensure and enrolled in AXP (strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated work ethic and a detail-oriented approach.
- LEED Accreditation (a plus).

Revit Modeler/Intern Architect

The Revit Modeler oversees the documentation process from beginning to end ensuring that work is executed accurately, produced in a timely manner, utilizing resources effectively.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Develops drawings and takes on technically challenging issues with the Project Manager/Job Captain.
- Assists the JC on a daily basis.
- Perform code and zoning analyses.
- Assists JC to complete all submissions.
- Picks up red lines form PM/JC.
- Produces drawings without requiring constant supervision.
- Takes initiative to complete work and is thorough and detail-oriented.
- Conducts material research and meets with vendors as necessary to understand materials and products.
Qualifications:
- Architectural degree or equivalent degree preferred.
- 1 year minimum of experience, post-degree, in Architecture or a related field.
- LEED Accreditation a plus.
- Proficient in Revit.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Project, Excel, Outlook and proven ability to learn new software programs.
- Self-motivated work ethic and able to manage tasks as they relate to budgets.
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
