WHO WE ARE

50 years of family-owned excellence in design.

IZ design studio is a second generation, family-owned firm specializing in architectural planning and design. Founded as RFBA in Washington State by Robert Broyles in 1976, the firm was renamed with the establishment of the Nevada office in 2010.

Today, IZ design studio is owned and operated by I-Fang and Zach Broyles. Holding active architectural licenses in Nevada, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Idaho, and rooted in service and design excellence, IZ design studio has become a trusted resource for municipal agencies and commercial clients alike.

In addition to their commitment to their clients, the pair have invested in advancing the community by striving to hire local, emerging designers to the greatest extent possible. Through active mentorship, with the opportunity to learn on the job, IZ design studio is helping foster the development of the next generation of Nevada architectural professionals.
